Change the date on a range of envelopes 

If a series of envelopes have been entered using the wrong envelope date, the screen will change the dates on the entire entered range to one entered at the New Date:. This is a very powerful facility and can be misused. Make sure that you understand the purpose and proper use of this screen before executing it. Always review the range to be changed before actually requesting a change. Enter the first envelope number at the First: prompt, enter the receipt number of the last envelope at the Last: prompt. 

Press the following keys:

• [F5] - to move to the [New Date:]prompt and enter the correct date. Make sure that you know what you are doing before executing this request, it changes the date on every envelope between the first and last envelopes, inclusively. 
• [F2] - to execute the request. 
• [F10] - to exit the screen.
