The system maintains information by the calendar year. Each year, the user must initialize the data file for the current year. This is includes takes the information from the previous year and using it to build the information for the current year.
Keys available:
[Yes] - Proceed with taking information from the previous year to initialize the current year.
[No] - Cancel the initialization process.
