Access Keystrokes - Button clicks
    [Alt]+U - Utilities
    [Alt]+B - Budget
    [Add] or [Edit]

Enter the detail of the budget allocation item.  Enter a description of the budget item, the lineitem that it relates to and the amounts for the first and second budget periods..

Available system keys:  
    [F2] - to save the budget allocation item
    [F10] - to exit the screen without saving the budget allocation item
