The system is able to automatically perform budget allocations. The system is also able accommodate two budgets with the user selecting the month when the second budget is to be started. The system allows the user to disable automatic budgeting. This is accomplished by using the screen below.
Available system keys:
[Add] or [Edit] - to access the Budget
Allocation Item screen
[F2] - to save the budgets
[F10] - to exit the screen
without saving the budget
