To give the user the greatest flexibility available, Hope for the Treasurer allows importing and exporting of data to MS Excel, MS Access and Intuit Quicken. Some of the data can also be exported to file in XML format. The dialog below shows the dialog that facilitates the transfers. The system also allow synchronization of data between two replication of the same database. This would be the case of a secretary/clerk modifying his/her copy of the database and the treasurer desiring to incorporate data from the more personal interest database.
